/ EIGHT POINT BLOCKING SYSTEM 1. Right hand outward block.
2. Left hand outward block.
3. Right hand inward block.

4. Left hand inward block.
5. Right hand rising block.
6. Left hand rising block.
7. Right hand downward block. 8. Left hand downward block.

/ SEVEN HAND STRIKES
1. Right hand front two-knuckle punch. 2. Left hand reverse two-knuckle punch. 3. Right hand thrust punch.
4. Left hand palm-heel strike.
5. Right hand knife-hand strike.
6. Left hand hammer -fist strike.
7. Right hand two finger poke.

/ ICHI WAZA
1. Right hand outward block.
2. Raise right knee, front instep kick to groin. 3. Cross right leg over left, and cover.

/ NI WAZA
1. With left foot, step forward and slightly to left.
2. Raise right knee, side thrust kick to floating rib or knee. 3. Right foot in front of left, cross and cover.

// FIRST KEMPO PUNCH TECHNIQUE
1. Left hand outward block.
2. Right hand front two-knuckle punch to face.
3. Left hand front two-knuckle punch to stomach. 4. Right hand front two-knuckle punch to groin.

// SECOND KEMPO PUNCH TECHNIQUE
1. C-step back with right foot, left hand outward block.
2. C-step forward with right foot, right hand front two-knuckle punch to face. 3. Left hand front two-knuckle punch to stomach.
4. Right hand front two-knuckle punch to groin.

// FIRST SIDE CLUB TECHNIOUE
1. C-step in with left foot.
2. Left hand outward knife hand block. 3. Wrap with left arm.
4. Right hand palm heel strike to face.

// SECOND SIDE CLUB TECHNIOUE 1. C-step in with left foot.
2. Left hand outward knife hand block. 3. Wrap with left arm.

4. Right hand tigers mouth to the throat. 5. Pull back, right elbow strike to the face. 6. Right hand tiger claws to the face.

// FIRST OVERHEAD CLUB TECHNIQUE 1. C-step forward with left fool
2. Rising cross block, right hand on top.
3. Right foot, front instep kick to groin.

// SECOND OVERHEAD CLUB TECHNIQUE From a horse ready stance.

  1. C-step forward with left foot.
  2. Rising cross block, right hand on top.
  3. Grab opponent’s wrist with your right hand.
  4. Bring left hand back, strike to shoulder blades with left hand, (Continue holdingon to wrist, and applying pressure to shoulder blade).
  5. Bring right foot back around behind left leg.
  6. Bring opponent down onto his face.
  7. Go down on to your left knee.
  8. Brace opponents arm across your right leg, pushing down opponent’s shoulder

with left hand.

9. Right hand palm heel strike to break arm.

/// FIRST FRONT CHOKE TECHNIQUE

  1. Bring hands together.
  2. Throw hands up into air, breaking choke hold.
  3. C-step forward with left leg.
  4. Poison thumbs to the eyes.

/// FIRST REAR CHOKE TECHNIQUE

  1. Step back with right leg & raise right arm straight up.
  2. Spin around to the right until you are facing opponent.
  3. Wrap opponent’s arms with right arm.
  4. Step in with right foot.
  5. Left hand palm-heel strike to groin.

/// PINION ONE (6 Yr old & Up)
From a front position.
1. Step out with right foot into horse stance and breath. Look left, draw left foot up

into cat stance facing left. Bring left hand to right ear, step out with left foot into half moon stance. Block down with #8 block.

2. Right foot half-moons forward half-moon stance with right front two knuckle punch to solar plexus.

3. Look over right shoulder, turn clock-wise 180 degrees, drawing right foot into cat stance. Bring right hand to left ear, right foot steps forward into right half moon stance. Block down with #7 block.

4. Left foot half moons forward with left front two-knuckle punch to solar plexus.

5. Turn 90 degrees to left, moving only left foot. Draw into cat stance, then left foot steps out into left half moon stance. Block down with #8 block, Kiai.

6. Right foot half moons forward into right halt moon stance, deliver right front two knuckle punch to solar plexus.

7. Left foot half moons forward into left half moon stance, deliver left front two knuckle punch to solar plexus.

8. Right foot half moons forward into right half moon stance, deliver right front two knuckle punch to solar plexus.

9. Pivot counterclockwise 270 degrees on forward foot, moving only left foot, and left hand to right ear, end in left half moon stance. Block down with #8 block.

10.Right foot half moons forward into right half moon stance with right front two knuckle punch to solar plexus.
11. Look over right shoulder, turn clock-wise 180 degrees drawing right foot into cat stance, right hand to left ear, right foot steps forward into right half moon stance. Block down with #7 block.
12.Left foot half moons forward with left front two-knuckle punch to solar plexus.
13. Turn 90 degrees to left, moving only left foot, draw into cat stance, then left foot steps out into left half moon stance. Block down with #8 block, Kiai.
14.Right foot half moons forward into right half moon stance, deliver right front two- knuckle punch to solar plexus.
15.Left foot half moons forward into left half moon stance, deliver left front two- knuckle punch to solar plexus.
16.Right foot half moons forward into right half moon stance. Deliver right front two knuckle punch to solar plexus.
17.Pivot counter-clockwise 270 degrees on forward foot, moving only left foot, bring left hand to right ear, end in left half moon stance. Block down with #8 block. 18.Right foot half moons forward into right half moon stance with right front two- knuckle punch to solar plexus.
19.Look over right shoulder, turn clockwise 180 degrees, drawing right foot into cat stance, bring right hand to left ear, right foot steps forward into right half moon stance. Block down with #7 block.
20.Left foot half moons forward with left front two-knuckle punch to solar plexus. End by drawing back counter-clockwise with left foot into horse stance. Bring arms together, breath out. Right foot meets left, assume front position.
